Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AssetUtils, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AssetUtils:
- Free version: You may use the free version for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitation of 20 files total across all features.
- Individual and Team licenses: If you purchase an Individual or Team license, you may install and use AssetUtils on up to 1 (Individual) or 3 (Team) macOS devices, with unlimited file processing.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
Payment and Refunds
Pro licenses are available for purchase. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@assetutils.com for refund requests.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AssetUtils is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
